As our parent company is not-for-profit any surplus funds the Staithes Gateway Centre makes are channeled directly back into the community. This enables us to keep out prices as low as possible as we are not constantly focused towards the pursuit of profits, rather the pursuit of offering unbeatable value.

Within the day-to-day operation of the Gateway Centre, we are ever mindful of our environmental footprint; that's why we separate and recycle our waste as much as possible, whilst encouraging businesses to be more environmentally aware. On behalf of the Great North Air Ambulance & RNLI we also accept old mobile phones and print cartridges which help raise funds for the valuable services they provide.
